"Location is perfect,your central for 199 steps and all the quaint shops i was in top room 4 and on the stairs is the original stone window leading into our room as seen in photos, obviously the window in is PVC but the surround is in place ."

charming stay near abbey steps!

the location was fantastic. it was so close to the abbey steps. the room was ready early. it was beautifully decorated with everything needed.
The noise was awful. It made sleep impossible. two pubs within 50 metres were rowdy! constant foot traffic after midnight was annoying.

The location was central and convenient. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
I found some issues with the room that need attention. The noise from outside was constant. the shower was not powerful. The drains had an unpleasant smell.

Fantastic stay near the Abbey Steps!

Our room had a perfect location near the abbey steps. The communication from the staff was great, informing us when our room was ready early. The room was modern and ideal. It was very nice and neat.
I noticed a little noise from other guests. It sounded like a family with heavy footsteps above us. I could hear the toilet flushing too, a bit noisy. I appreciate this is an old building but it made sleep difficult.

The room had everything I needed and was very clean. The location was PERFECT. It was very close to all attractions. Check-in was easy, and communication from the owners was clear. I would definitely come back again!!!
I found the parking situation to be a bit challenging. The cost added up, and finding spaces for dropping off luggage was difficult.
